Digital Transformation for Cell and Gene Therapy – In this dynamic, emerging field, I anchored the business model changes necessary to realize commercial cell and gene products, envisaged the CGT Digital Roadmap and established a new team to work iteratively through a test and learn program.
Access Platform – Starting with 3 employees, I grew the team to 13 over two years, including two team leads. The platform increased tender participation by 5% and tender awards by 70%, reduced primary market research costs by 10% and helped increase Bayer’s Access to Medicine rank by 4 places.
Digital Analytics – In 2 years from scratch, I developed a new high-performing team with 22 employees, 3 team leads in 8 sites, 5 time zones and 12 languages. The team increased revenue by 6.5M€ through paid search optimization and increased sales by 8% through Marketing Mix Analysis.
